Some customers are experiencing difficulty sending messages and are encountering multiple errors across various tabs. Scheduled - Dear Customer,

We will be doing a planned maintenance on our SFTP infrastructure. This will be done in the following window:

Start: Wednesday 15th January 8:00 PM AEDT (Wednesday 15th January 09:00 UTC)
End: Wednesday 15th January 8:30 PM AEDT (Wednesday 15th January 09:30 UTC)

The maintenance will last for 30 minutes. During this time, the SFTP server will be unavailable.

Impact on Services:
- SFTP Customers will not be able to upload or download files.
- SFTP Automated broadcasts will be temporarily unavailable.

Recommendation:
We advise customers to avoid uploading files during this maintenance window and to resume file transfers after the maintenance.

During this maintenance, outbound messaging services beyond SFTP will continue to operate throughout the duration of the downtime, all other API and web portal functionalities, including message sending and receiving, remain unaffected.

Investigating - We have identified an issue on the Telstra network where SMS delivery to Telstra handsets appears to be delayed. We have contacted Telstra and are awaiting their response. Other carriers are not affected.
