Planned Infrastructure Maintenance - Zoho integration

Dear Customer,

There is planned maintenance on Messaging Hub that will impact users sending or receiving messages via the Zoho ecosystem in the following window:

Start: Sunday 14th September, 1PM AEST (Sunday 14th September, 3:00 AM UTC)
End: Sunday 14th September, 2PM AEST (Sunday 14th September, 4:00 AM UTC)

We will be performing essential system maintenance during the 60-minute maintenance window, and there may be brief interruptions or delays of up to 5 minutes while updates are applied:

• Outbound & Inbound Messages may be delayed in sending and processing (includes any SMS or MMS messages sent or received in Australia or Internationally via Zoho)
• Messaging Delivery receipts may be delayed in processing

We appreciate your patience and recommend planning accordingly. Normal service will resume once maintenance is complete.
