Update - We continue to see delivery issues into Canada in particular over a subset of Toll-Free Numbers. The MO (replies) issue has a fix and we anticipate installation tonight (US October 4th).

Update - We continue to improve account sending and outbound messages appear to be repaired on this subset. Our provider is testing a fix to repair reply (MO) miessages on the affected numbers but is experiencing issues that require further investigation. We will update as soon as details are available.

Identified - We are currently identified an issue with our Shopify integration for the abandoned carts feature.

Background automations (i.e. abandoned carts notifications) continues to show intermittent issues with SMS not being issued. Standard SMS sending is unaffected by the abandoned carts issues.

This issue currently only appears to be affecting a subset of customers that use the abandoned carts notifications feature.

We will provide an update on this situation once more information is known.
