Impact details:

- Messages sent via API between 10:00 AM and 11:00 AM AEDT may temporarily fail for up to 5 minutes.
- There will be no impact to scheduled messages via the Hub during this time.
- All Hub messages, including immediate sends and inbound messages, will continue to send and receive as normal.
