Monitoring - The message backlog has cleared and messages are being processed in real-time for all regions except for UK.

Our team are contuing to work through the UK backlog. We are continuing to monitor all other regions.

Update - Our engineering team are continuing to work on bringing the gateway back up to full throughput.

At this time the queued messages are sending at an increased rate. The current ETA for the queue to clear is 1 hour, however we are working to get this done quicker.

Identified - Our engineering team have identified the issue and have made some fixes.

We can see that queued messages are now being processed, however it is slower than normal and not at full capacity.

Our team are continuing to work to resolve this completely and get back to full throughput.

Scheduled - We have been informed by a data centre that hosts some of our legacy services that they are needing to do an emergency maintenance period.

Time
Their maintenance period will be between 14:00 UTC+0 - 20:00 UTC+0 09/09/2020. There is only an expected maximum 1 hour total outage during this window.

Impact
Customers using one of our legacy services that exist on our Corporate infrastructure may experience a maximum 1 hour outage during the maintenance period. These services are:

- Classic Manager
- WebSMS
- M4U API (smsmaster.m4u.com.au & not connecting to our Unified Gateway)
- SOAP/ XML API (soap.m4u.com.au or xml.m4u.com.au & not connecting to our Unified Gateway)
- Email2SMS version 1 & 2 (@pcsms or @e2s.pcsms)
