Resolved - Our monitoring has shown that reporting has remained stable and updating in a timely manner.

It is currently lowering and is now sitting at an average of 50 minutes.

Identified - We are currently experiencing delays in the reporting available in the web portal. This is impacting the following reports:

- Detailed Reports
- Campaign Reports
- Sub Account Usage Reports

At this time, the reporting is delayed by around 1 hour.

We have identified the delay and are currently working on a resolution. Services such as email notifications or sending of replies to webhooks are still working in real-time.

Investigating - We are currently experiencing delays with reporting for inbound messages for our web portal. This is impacting the following features:
- Inbox
- Reporting
We have identified the issue and are currently working on a resolution for this.
Services such as receiving email notifications for a reply are still working in a timely manner, this is specific to the web portal itself.

Update - We have seen that the delays with the carrier has reduced and returned to regular levels now.

We are continuing to monitor this throughout the day.

Monitoring - We are currently monitoring delays we are seeing with messages being delivered by the carriers.

Our engineering team are aware of this and the issue looks to be linked with load on the carrier side.

We are also working with them to investigate any potential ways to get around upstream bottlenecks to reduce these delays.

We will keep this updated with our monitoring of the situation.
