Scheduled - Dear Customer,

We will be doing a planned maintenance on our SFTP infrastructure. This will be done in the following window:

Start: Tuesday 23rd July 7:00 PM AEST (Tuesday 23rd July 09:00 UTC)
End: Tuesday 23rd July 8:00 PM AEST (Tuesday 23rd July 10:00 UTC)

As part of our ongoing maintenance efforts, we have scheduled a planned outage for our SFTP server. The outage will last for one hour. During this time, the SFTP server will be unavailable.

Impact on Services:
- SFTP Customers will not be able to upload or download files.
- SFTP Automated broadcasts will be temporarily unavailable.

Recommendation:
We advise customers to avoid uploading files during this maintenance window and to resume file transfers after the maintenance.

During this outage, outbound messaging services beyond SFTP will continue to operate throughout the duration of the downtime, all other API and web portal functionalities, including message sending and receiving, remain unaffected.
