We have been informed by a data centre that hosts some of our legacy services that they are needing to do an emergency maintenance period.

Time
Their maintenance period will be between 13:00 UTC+0 - 15:00 UTC+0 22/01/2021 (00:00 UTC+11 - 02:00 UTC+11 22/01/2021). There is only an expected maximum 20 minute total outage during this window.

Impact
Customers using one of our legacy services that exist on our Corporate infrastructure may experience a maximum 20 minute outage during the maintenance period. These services are:

- Classic Manager
- WebSMS
- M4U API (smsmaster.m4u.com.au or m4ud.messagemedia.com)
- SOAP/ XML API (soap.m4u.com.au, xml.m4u.com.au, soap.messagemedia.com or xml.messagemedia.com)
- HTTP API
- Email2SMS version 1 & 2 (@pcsms or @e2s.pcsms)

We will be monitoring actively during this period to reduce any impact if possible. If there is an outage, the services listed will be unavailable temporarily. Any outbound message requests would fail. Any inbound messages or delivery receipts will be queued.
