Investigating

We are currently investigating an issue with the Web Portal UI impacting the processing of new Australian Alpha Tag registration requests. Requests are timing out and users are unable to proceed to the next step of the registration process.

This issue is limited to the registration interface only. There is no impact to existing Alpha Tags or current message sending services.
