Dear Customer,
We will be making some changes to our legacy M4UD API that could impact you. This is relating to the following API services if you are connecting to one of these:
- .NET DLL
- COM API
- smsmaster.m4u.com.au
- smsmaster1.m4u.com.au
- smsmaster2.m4u.com.au
- smsmaster.m4ubackup.com
- smsmaster1.m4ubackup.com
- smsmaster2.m4ubackup.com
Over the next three days we are making some infrastructure changes to these that could result in the IP's changing for them. If you are whitelisting specific IP's, you will need to update your firewall to support these. We strongly recommend the whitelisting of the domain, rather then a specific IP, as they can change without notice.
There is no expected downtime or outages with the service during these changes.
Below are the three times and dates of these changes:
11/05/2021 14:00 - 17:00 UTC+10 (11/05/2021 04:00 - 07:00 UTC+0)
12/05/2021 14:00 - 17:00 UTC+10 (12/05/2021 04:00 - 07:00 UTC+0)
13/05/2021 14:00 - 17:00 UTC+10 (13/05/2021 04:00 - 07:00 UTC+0)
We have a maintenance period logged for each of these times. This one is the first timeslot, May 11th.
