Dear Customer,

We will be doing a planned maintenance on our pre-paid account infrastructure. This will be done in the following window:

Start: Tuesday 28th May 6:00 AM AEST (Monday 27th May 20:00 UTC)
End: Tuesday 28th May 6:15 AM AEST (Monday 27th May 20:15 UTC)

As part of the maintenance, there is a planned outage of 10 minutes, during this downtime, pre-paid customers will not be able to send message, top-up, and check account balance for the duration of the outage

There will be no impact to post-paid accounts.

Scheduled - Dear Customer,

We will be undergoing a certificate update for the wildcard on *.m4u.com.au. This involves the following services or API endpoints:

- http-api.m4u.com.au
- http-api.m4u.com.au
- smsmaster.m4u.com.au
- smsmaster1.m4u.com.au
- www.smsmaster1.m4u.com.au
- smsmaster2.m4u.com.au

This will be done in the following period:
Start: 20/05/2024 11:00 UTC+10 (20/05/2024 01:00 UTC+0)
End: 20/05/2024 11:30 UTC+10 (20/05/2024 01:30 UTC+0)

During this period, there is no expected impact to the service such as downtime or delays.

Customers that store the certificate locally, or pin it, will be required to update their systems to bring in the new certificate once the change has occurred.

Scheduled - Dear Customer,

We will be doing a planned maintenance on our web portal inbox infrastructure. This will be done in the following window:

Start: 18th May 14:00 UTC (Sunday 19th May 12:00 AM AEST)
End: 18th May 15:00 UTC (Sunday 19th May 01:00 AM AEST)

As part of the maintenance, there is a planned outage of 15 minutes, during this downtime, message sending and receiving will be queued:
- Inbox section of the portal will be completely offline.
- No inbox activities will be available in the portal for the duration for the outage - this means:
- Inbound messages will not be visible for the duration of the outage.
- Outbound messages will not be able to be sent during the outage.

During this outage, all other web portal functionalities, including message sending and receiving, remain unaffected. Outbound messaging services beyond the inbox will continue to operate throughout the duration of the downtime. Additionally, API functionalities for sending and receiving messages remain fully operational.
